Strong workplace culture is critical to increasing retention, quality of work, and employee Net Promoter Scores (eNPS), and yet very few organizations are intentional about their culture design. If you are not careful and intentional, your culture will create itself. Lack of performance management or complete absence of explicit working agreements is what creates toxicity, high turnover, and HR complaints that often lead to investigations.
