Mike Peluso and Jessica Ingram who make up the Business Services and Engagement Team of the Triangle South Workforce Development Board (TSWDB).  TSWDB, in partnership with Central Carolina Community College, oversees the federal workforce development efforts in our local area.  Business services offered include job matching between employers and job seekers, Custom Labor Market Information, Recruitment and Training Assistance for new and existing employees, tax credits assistance, outplacement, and many others.  The TSWDB also offers business-oriented grant programs that financially benefit business including the Training Today's Teams grants,  the On The Job Training program and Paid Work Experience programs. Mike and Jessica will briefly review all the programs and explain how local area businesses can get started taking advantage of all that is offered.
